Characteristic Description

·This valve is suitable for corrosive media containing highly hard or soft particles.The working medium is hydraulic coal transportation with a slag water ratio greater than 1:5 and a maximum particle size of ≤5mm.It is used for opening and closing hydraulic slag removal and slurry transporta- tion pipelines.The nominal pressures(1.0,1.6,2.5,4.0)MPa is used,and it adapts to temperatures≤200℃ .

·The parts in contact with the medium are all made of structural ceramic materials,which have extremely high chemical stability and hardness. Therefore,this valve is superbely resistant to high wear,corrosion,and erosion as well as good insulation and low thermal expansion.

·This valve has full flow without any obstruction,equipped with a blowing and blocking device,andis characterized with strong wear resistance,good sealing performance,low starting load,and less occurrence ofash jamming and deposition.

·This valve adopts a high-end toughened structure ceramic seal,thus it has high mechanical strength,good wear resistance,long service life,and compact structure that can beinstalled at any angle.
