Ceramic C valveAt present,in alot industries, many working conditions with strong erosion require strict sealing, but there are also situations where the medium is viscous, prone to agglomeration, scaling, and crystalization,or containslarge particles, allresultingin various valve blockages. This requires a ball valve that can be used as both a regulating valve and a switching valve with good sealing performance and smooth operation, and can overcome various blockages. It wasjust in this context that our ceramic C-valve was developed and produced manyyears ago.

At present,in alot industries, many working conditions with strong erosion require strict sealing, but there are also situations where the medium is viscous, prone to agglomeration, scaling, and crystalization,or containslarge particles, allresultingin various valve blockages. This requires a ball valve that can be used as both a regulating valve and a switching valve with good sealing performance and smooth operation, and can overcome various blockages. It wasjust in this context that our ceramic C-valve was developed and produced manyyears ago. Performance characteristics 1.Compared to common C-valves or hemispherical valves on the market, ceramic C-valves have structural ifferences:ceramic C-valves have a non-eccentric structure, and the valve seatistightly attached to the ball core.During the opening and closing process, the valve seat scrapes the surface of the ballcore to ensure that remains of the material will not belefton the main sealing pair. 2.The ball of the ceramic C-valve adopts a stainless steel ball with a ceramic ballcrown design embedded on it.The ballcrown is a solid ceramic integrated with the metal, and its mechanical strength is higher than that of ordinary structural ceramic parts. It has stronger ability to handle scalingand blockage. At the same time, the valve seatand bodylining ofthe valve are made ofsolid ceramics, and the wear-anderosion-resistant parts ofthevalve'sflow passage areall tructuralceramics.Byutilizingthe covalent bondingproperties ofceramic materials, ceramic C-valves are more resistant to wear, impact, and corosion than ordinaryvalves, thus suitable forapplication in almostall harsh working conditions. 3.The ceramic C-valve stem is directly connected to the metal support ear, without touching the ceramic part. The metal has strong tensile resistance,so the torque force ofthe C-valve itselfis very small, but it can withstand avery large torqueforce. The earsupport material isselected based on the actual working conditions of the medium to ensure corrosion resistance andhigh strength. 4.Design without dead space and material accumulation:The C-type ball valve can be regarded as a continuous pipeline, with no dead space inside the valve, thus havingno hazards caused by overpressure and accumulation ofmedium materials inside the valve. 5.Thevalveisdesigned with non-eccentricitytoensurethat thereisno erosion on the valve stem and support shaft during the openingand closing processof thevalve andwhen the valve is openedatasmallopening, thus achievingmaximumprotection forthe valve stem. The sealing between thevalve seat and the solid ceramic ballcrown hasself cleaningablility, ensuring thatthe medium willnot form scale oraccumulate on the surface of the valve seat and ball cap. 6.Alceramic components aremade ofwear-and corrosion-resistantstructural ceramics, and the thicknessofthe materials has been increased to ensure stable and reliable use.All pressure bearing ceramic parts are interference fit with the metal shell, effectively improving the high-pressure resistance of this valve. The maximum roundness of the coreis 1um,and the surface roughnessis 0.2um.The valve seat adoptsa curved surface sealingform, thus effectively improvingthe sealing pressure ratio and ensuring stable and reliable sealing. CeramicC-valveshave been highly recognized by customersin various industriesformanyyears. In harsh media environments such as crystalliza- tion, scaling, erosion, wear, and blockage, they can operate safely and stably for at least 5 years without cleaning or maintenance, thereby effectively solving the problems of valves on customer sites. |
