Fully lined ceramic ball valve

The fully lined ceramic ball valve adopts a three-staged flange connection valve body with the pressure rating rangingfrom PN10 to PN150 ANSl Class150-900 and valve diameter range of DN15~DN300 (ANSI 1/2"-12"). Generally DN15-DN100 (1/2 "~ 4") ceramic ball valves adopt a floating ball structure, while DN125-DN300 (5"~12") ceramic ballvalves adopt a fixed ball structure. The ball uses the material of zirconia ceramic, while the seat and valve body liningmaterlals are ≥ 99% zirconia ceramic. As to other special materials, the structural lengths and flange connection dimensions can be customized according to customer requirements.
